This loft, located in the historic neighborhood of Miramar, underwent a complete renovation to transform an outdated one-bedroom apartment into a studio. The client's goal was to create a more spacious and airy atmosphere, which led us to adopt an open space concept by demolishing the dividing bedroom wall, converting it into a studio.

The kitchen showcases white matte/white oak finishes, providing a clean and contemporary look. The countertops are made of beautiful white quartz with caramel veins, ensuring both aesthetics and durability.
